Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and registration processes
- Manage patient intake and electronic health records
- Assist with clinical support under provider supervision
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns
- Prepare examination rooms and medical supplies
- Perform basic vital sign measurements
- Collaborate with weekend medical team on patient care plans
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CMA/RMA preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Valid CPR certification
