Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Epic EHR)
- Coordinate patient flow and triage urgent cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional weekend medical teams
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Participate in weekend quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California CNA or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Weekend availability required (no on-call duties)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environment
