Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Efficiently manage checkout processes and handle cash transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays throughout the store
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and price verification
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness and safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to High Street location
