Responsibilities
- Lead weekend sales teams to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Train and mentor new associates on product knowledge and service standards
- Manage inventory flow and visual merchandising for weekend foot traffic
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with security and loss prevention teams
- Execute promotional campaigns during peak weekend hours
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM-2 PM or 12 PM-10 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
