Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product support to all shoppers.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems with high accuracy and speed.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees and customers.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
