Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Stock Organization: Maintain accurate inventory levels by organizing stockrooms and warehouses efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
