Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and display areas to company standards, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and cash registers.
