Responsibilities
- Execute daily sorting, packing, and shipping tasks with precision and speed.
- Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and handled with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
- Greet incoming customers and provide excellent service assistance.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely.
- Collaborate with the morning and evening shift teams to ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento location.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
