Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests and patrons
- Manage reservations and coordinate high-volume seating arrangements
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all service areas
- Adapt quickly to changing demands during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
