Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and organize inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Support store opening/closing procedures
- Train new weekend associates on store policies
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
