Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and payments with high attention to detail.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, including stocking and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight items.
- Reliable transportation is required.
