Role Overview
As a Weekend Shift Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service during peak weekend hours. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients on the weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations during the weekend transition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Washington, D.C. location.
