Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Process transactions accurately using our CRM and POS systems
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain seamless operations
- Update customer records and maintain data integrity
- Contribute to weekend inventory and merchandising tasks
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
