Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care during weekend shifts with compassion and professionalism
- Accurately document medical records and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during weekend operations
- Participate in weekend shift huddles to ensure seamless care continuity
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or CNA license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekend shifts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends as needed
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
