Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure clean and sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current CNA or HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Georgia state nursing assistant registry clearance
