Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support including vital sign monitoring and basic care assistance
- Assist with patient intake, documentation, and medical record management
- Coordinate weekend patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical teams
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and weekend healthcare staff

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or clinical support experience required
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems preferred
