Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge processes during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (required)
- 2+ years clinical coordination experience (weekend shift preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification and current state nursing license
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Spanish bilingual certification (highly desirable)
