Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately
- Assist with event setup and weekend activity coordination
- Maintain pristine public areas and ensure safety standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Flexible schedule availability (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
