Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets and support requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common office software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
