In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring our infrastructure remains stable and our users are productive during critical weekend operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server outages to ensure maximum uptime.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and support tickets accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
- Conduct routine system checks and security updates during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
