Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts during the weekend rush.
- Execute order fulfillment processes efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocol.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
