Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment using standard packing materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
