Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read pick lists.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
