Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Oversee inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Proficient in warehouse management software
- Valid driver's license required
- Flexible schedule availability
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
