Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service during high-volume weekend periods.
- Process incoming orders, verify inventory accuracy, and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment, scanners, and computer software efficiently.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily operational targets and goals.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic mathematical calculations with precision.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh, NC facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak holiday weekends.
