Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee and execute daily technical support tasks and customer inquiries with precision and speed.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the week-day support team to ensure seamless handovers and consistent service quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, tickets, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Interact professionally with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve escalated issues and gather feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in weekend workflows and suggest actionable improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) immediately.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software applications is highly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or IT helpdesk roles is a plus.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
