Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Process incoming data and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Manage inventory and stock organization on the weekend floor.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and proven typing skills.

- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
