Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counts, stock replenishment, and organization of warehouse shelves.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and verify packages for shipment, ensuring all labels are correct.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must present a valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand basic instructions and operate handheld scanners.
