Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring cargo security and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance metrics.
- Process customer returns and prepare shipping labels with high attention to detail.
- Perform light physical duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
