Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and team coordination during peak hours
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional in-store experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and process shipments accurately
- Implement visual merchandising directives to maximize sales appeal
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash management
- Collaborate with store manager to optimize weekend performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- San Francisco local residency preferred
