Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and injections per protocols
- Perform EKGs, vital signs, and point-of-care testing
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Coordinate patient flow and triage phone calls
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or RMA required
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong patient communication skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible weekend availability (6am-6pm shifts)
- Background check and drug screen required
