Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under professional supervision
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Transport patients safely within facility as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
