- Deliver outstanding customer service across all product categories
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment tasks
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandising
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures on weekends
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend rushes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of Houston retail landscape preferred
