Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure store presentation meets brand standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to create engaging shopping experiences
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and adhering to security procedures
- Participate in store meetings to stay updated on promotions and product launches
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts (including evenings)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
