Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 team members during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Handle inventory management and supply ordering
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures
- Conduct opening/closing checklists and safety audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality/supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun 4pm-2am)
- Texas Food Manager certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems (Toast, Square)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license
