- Supervise 5-8 weekend staff members to ensure seamless store operations
- Manage inventory counts and replenishment during peak weekend hours

- Train new associates on weekend-specific protocols
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 8am-6pm
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for logistics)
