Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift teams of 4-6 retail associates
- Execute daily store opening/closing procedures
- Manage inventory and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service
- Train new associates on company standards
- Analyze weekend sales performance metrics
- Coordinate with weekday management team
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable transportation required
