- Manage 5-7 team members during weekend shifts, ensuring optimal staffing and task delegation
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and exceeding expectations
- Monitor inventory levels and process shipments accurately
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and store security protocols
- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Generate daily sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
