Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Lead and mentor 8-12 weekend staff members through daily tasks
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Manage inventory controls and loss prevention protocols
- Train new associates on company policies and procedures
- Prepare end-of-shift sales and operational reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday availability
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
