Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Train and mentor new retail associates on product knowledge and service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with warehouse team
- Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance customer experience
- Prepare end-of-shift sales reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (including holidays)
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
