Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using barcode scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital tracking systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after completing certification
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with unloading trucks and organizing warehouse storage areas
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Background check and drug screen required
