Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders using RF scanning technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time weekend deliveries
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards in all warehouse operations
- Support inventory reconciliation and quality control processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential holiday shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
