Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurately recorded in the management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize weekend workflow.
- Adhere to quality control measures to ensure all outgoing products meet company specifications.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation and availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
