Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize stock items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners according to safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
