Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking and packing operations using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Participate in safety drills and equipment maintenance checks
- Support receiving and processing of weekend shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) mandatory
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
