Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform routine server maintenance, patch management, and backups during off-hours.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in the ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to escalate critical incidents requiring immediate attention.
- Conduct security audits and system health checks on weekends.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse users.
- Ability to work weekends without conflict with other employment obligations.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly preferred.
