Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineering teams promptly.
- Document common technical issues to improve future support workflows.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction during high-volume weekend periods.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or IT certification (CompTIA A+) is a plus.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) is preferred.
