Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational challenges and improve processes.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday required).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (dock doors and outdoor areas).
