Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
