Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management software to update inventory records.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
